We make everything in small batches, a few steps from the counter. Single origin bars, boxes of filled chocolates, and real flakes for hot chocolate at home. Made this week, not last month.

Elodie and Camille
Two sisters, one bench
Cocoa Verne is run by two sisters. Elodie makes the chocolate, Camille runs the shop and the boxes. Between us that is most of the team.
We work in small batches on a marble bench, with copper pans and our own hands. Small enough that we taste everything before it reaches you.
